To ensure a personalized experience, this sale is by appointment only, lasting one hour. Each bride may bring up to three guests. Please note the following:

• A $25 cancellation fee applies if canceled within 24 hours.

• A $50 no-show fee will be charged for missed appointments.

• A card is required to book, but you won’t be charged until your appointment.

Are holds allowed during the sale?
No, holds are not permitted.

Can I return or exchange a dress bought from the sale?
All purchases are final; there are no exchanges or refunds.

Can I bring more than three guests?
To ensure everyone’s comfort, we limit the maximum to three guests per appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards.

What’s the condition of the gowns?
Our gowns are carefully maintained but may show some wear as they are samples, with markdowns of 30%-70%, plus an additional 15% off during this sale.

Which designers do you carry?
We feature a stunning range of designers, including Pronovias, Galia, Rita Vinieris, Wona, Madi Lane, and many more!

Do you offer in-house alterations?
While we don’t provide alterations, we’ll give you a list of recommended seamstresses upon your gown purchase.
