Summertime love is approaching, which means we are in wedding season! If you are planning a wedding for the summer and need some more inspiration here’s a guide of themes we love!

Vintage

One of our favorite themes for a summer wedding is vintage. There are so many ways to incorporate a vintage theme into your wedding. A couple few ways are lace and vintage cars. A lace wedding gown is ideal for a vintage wedding in the summer. Lace can play into the vintage yet timeless and modern look at the same time. Here’s our favorite lace beloved gown by designer Tara Lauren.

Incorporating a vintage car can be a such a photo-op for couples on their special day. Perfect for a couple who wants a grand exit at the end of their reception or even an arrival to their reception. Here is one of our favorite photos of a real beloved bride, Melanie who went with a vintage for her special day!

Boho Chic

Boho chic is inspirated by all thing’s nature and bohemian free spirit romance. It is a more of a soft and romantic earthy vibe, with details of nature throughout the day. There are so many different ways to incorporate this theme into your special day! From a desert location, outdoors, relaxed seating area, geometric alters, neutral colors and the ever so popular pampas.

Back in 2020 we were able to be a part of this gorgeous boho chic styled shoot in the desert. This styled shoot incorporated a geometric alter for the couple to stand at during the ceremony. Such a unique way to incorporate boho chic elements in an eye catching way.

Nothing screams boho chic like having your wedding under the beautiful sky and outdoors in nature. In this styled shoot we include more of a relaxed seating area for the reception including lots of neutral colors, woven details and pampas.

Beach

The evermore popular summer beach themed wedding is always a classic. It’s an easy to create a fun atmosphere with stunning views for your special day. A beach wedding is an excellent choice if you and your significant other loves the beach and the idea of a breezy wedding. A perfect way to do a beach themed wedding is to add details of vibrant colors such as blues and purples, and bright florals. We were able to be a part of a styled shoot at San Clemente, a California beach. Our favorite part of this gorgeous shoot was all the bright colored details added to match the colors of the beach!
